About Me

Hi, I'm Vickie and I'm a qualified Nutrition Coach.

 

My approach is both holistic and realistic, rooted in nutritional science but designed to fit real life. I've faced many health challenges in my own life, which have included PCOS, adult acne, IBS and now perimenopause. I have dealt with them all using a holistic approach to diet, fitness, lifestyle changes, natural remedies, and alternative therapies alongside conventional medicine.

 

I don't believe that 'one size fits all' - we are all individuals and need to adopt a personalised approach to create change. The myriad of health advice that exists in our modern society can be both confusing, contradictory and overwhelming, so let me help you navigate your way through.

 

Alongside my training to become a Nutrition Coach, I've got diplomas in Holistic Nutrition and Herbalism and worked in an independent health shop for many years. I can draw on all those customer experiences, supplement training and wellness approaches to ensure that you have the guidance that you need to help you flourish and be the best version of yourself.

Pricing and what to expect

As a certified Nutrition Coach I can help clients improve their health through evidence-based dietary changes. My services include:

Helps me get an insight into your health concerns and for you to make sure I’m the right person for you.

 

If you want to go ahead, after this call I will send you a detailed health questionnaire and a food diary to complete and send back in advance of our first consultation.

Carrot Juice

Initial Consultation
90 minutes - £50

The information you provide in the questionnaire and food diary help us get ready for your initial consultation where we delve deeper into your health history, personal health goals, environment, lifestyle and food intake.

After this consultation I will send you over a personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle plan that details staged and realistic changes to your food and positive practices that you can introduce to your routine to help support your health goals.

I can also include a suggested meal plan, recipes and practical guidance on what to look out for when food shopping.

A review of supplementation can also be requested at this stage.

You will have my support via WhatsApp and email in between consultations.

Follow-up consultations
45 minutes - £25

I normally allow 4-6 weeks for implementation and experimentation with this plan and then arrange a further 45 minute consultation to discuss what has worked well and where we may need to make some tweaks. I will then provide you with a revised Nutrition and Lifestyle plan to keep you heading in the right direction.​

Clients can request further check-ins if required to suit their needs. These will also be charged at £25 and will last 45 minutes.
